There doesn't seem to be words in Quenya and Sindarin that mean storm. Although there are words for various aspects of storms.
In Qenya, a forerunner of Quenya, the word for storm is húro.
In Quenya noise of a storm is raumo. The word for dark, lowering cloud is lumbo. The sea in storm is haloisi.
The Sindarin word for storm of wind is alagos.
